Pharmacy Weight Loss Shoreham-by-Sea is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in England. We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription and non-prescription weight management products to patients in the UK.

We reserve the right to decline any application if our clinical team determines that treatment is not appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information during the consultation may result in the immediate cancellation of your order and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescription-only medicines (POMs) will only be dispensed following a completed online consultation reviewed and approved by our prescribing pharmacist. Issuing a prescription remains at the sole clinical discretion of our team.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only with Pharmacy Weight Loss Shoreham-by-Sea unless otherwise stated. We comply fully with GPhC standards and all applicable UK medicines legislation.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
Payment is processed upon submission of your order. If our pharmacist determines that treatment is clinically unsuitable for you, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your nominated UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been issued and the medicine dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and for patient safety reasons.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly.
Refunds for approved cancellations or clinically declined orders will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
